Liked: The location was good and easy to get to Manchester city centre and Salford. Room was ok. Staff were welcoming. We had a room designed for a disabled person which was great for my wife. Plenty of room and a walk in shower. Bed was comfy although see comment about room above.
Disliked: The room needed to be touched up a bit as it looked like it hadn't been done for a while. Breakfast was grab and go which was a bit strange. You had four options to choose from but it didn't really work. The roll of sausage and bacon seems like it was warmed up in a microwave which made it taste like rubber. Considering there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. You could hear the people in the room above walking around which made it hard to sleep especially when they are walking about most of the night!.

Liked: The location is great! Parking was free!The staff were lovely and really friendly.The breakfast was simple but we enjoyed it. Smart TV with Netflix already logged in. Rooms were clean and cleaners were respectful towards our personal items.
Disliked: There’s a few upgrades that the hotel requires such as the shower as it has a small head and not the greatest pressure but it just meant the shower time was extended. The mattress was not comfortable but we still managed a few hours sleep.Although we were left with a small fan it would be great to have AC too as the room was so hot. Would also be good to have mini fridge in rooms to keep drinks cold.
