Liked: Great location and very friendly staff!
Disliked: If I could suggest a small improvement, it would be to pay a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning – for example, some dust could be noticed on the bedside tables, lamps, and around the TV unit. It’s nothing major, but a little extra care in those areas would make the stay even more perfect.

Disliked: The drinks were pricy £10.15 for a double vodka and coke

Liked: This hotel is great to stay at for the ease of getting into Manchester Town centre. We've stayed many times and have always found the rooms clean and comfortable. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: No complaints.
