Just what we wanted

Liked: Friendly,helpful, efficient staff. Nice clean comfortable room. We liked the simple breakfast which could be taken back to your room. Great location, bus to center just outside with frequent service.

Grubby & faded - tolerable...

Liked: Near to the venue I was attending. Wonderful restaurant nextdoor.
Disliked: Grubby. Very very tired indeed. Carpets loose (I tripped up on a loose carpet going upstairs). Carpets coming away from the walls, dirty and very very dusty at the edges.

Disliked: Nothing really. Maybe a bit dated but no matter. Still good value for money
