Lovely setting, great dinner.

Liked: The evening dinner was the best part of my stay, the food was very good, with polite friendly service. the setting and views are excellent.
Disliked: I had trouble booking online to include breakfast. Could do with a coat of paint.

only stay for 1 night...

Liked: The Room was good and so was the breakfast in the morning
Disliked: it was a bit cold in the bedroom

Disliked: Attitude of reception. None use of the Spa, unless you pay extra. Not very comfortable bed.

Poor

Liked: Cobwebs in bathroom. The towel rail was filled with dust. In general the whole room wasn't clean properly.
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room.

Disliked: Cleanliness in hotel room was not good. It was grubby, stains on the net curtains, hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Carpet needed a good hoover. Breakfast the following morning was a bit hit and miss. Orange juice was cheap and tasted horrible. Food was Luke warm and no breakfast tea bags had been put out

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful views, staff very friendly and courteous, bowing absolute bonus , food was amazing, definitely will be back . Thank you team Hellidon.
Disliked: Additional cost to use the pool rather over priced.
