Casual hotel in convenient location

Liked: The room was cosy and the bed linen, towels and toiletries were of a good quality. Convenient location within walking distance of the Les Grand Magasins and close to the Metro. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't a mini bar and the storage in the room was inadequate. The standard in general was not what what one would expect of a four star hotel so the rating is misleading.

Perfect hotel for a Paris...

Liked: The hotel was very nice and clean, good location and walking distance to most attractions.
Disliked: The rooms were very small but it didn’t bother us as we were out all day.

Liked: The hotel overall is very nice — great location, clean, bright, and modern. It’s within walking distance of many attractions, and the general atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The room we eventually stayed in was pleasant, and most of the staff were friendly and professional
Disliked: However, our first impression was disappointing. At check-in, we were given a ground floor room directly next to the reception. To enter, we had to walk through the reception area. The room had a frosted window, no natural light, and a heavy metal door — it felt more like a storage space than a guest room. This setup was not mentioned during booking.When we asked to change rooms, we were told to pay €80 extra. Only after 20 minutes of discussion were we moved to a better room at no additional cost.While the rest of our stay was fine, the initial handling left a negative impression. Transparency about unusual room types should be provided during booking.

Liked: We always stayed here since the location was exceptional. There are 2 train stations nearby so you can easily get to all key sites. Perfect for shopping as well since you are close to 2 major dept stores (G. Lagayette & Au Printemps) plus there are numerous boutiques nearby. You will also be spoilt for choice for food and drinks with plenty of F&B spots around the area. The hotel is also clean and comfortable and despite being there for quite some time, they have maintained the charming look and cleanliness of the hotel premises and the rooms.
Disliked: There was a problem with the sink (water not going down) but was solved after a few days.
