Liked: Hôtel Hélios Opéra was a wonderful base for exploring Paris. The location is ideal — close to the Opéra, metro stations, and great shopping. The room was stylish, quiet, and very comfortable. The highlight of my stay was enjoying breakfast on the balcony — a peaceful, delicious start to the day with a lovely Parisian view. A big thank you to the staff for making that moment extra special. Highly recommended for a cozy, elegant stay in the heart of the city!

Disliked: Hotel destroyed our romantic trip to Paris!They gave us room on ground floor,located right at the reception!again-right next to reception table!!!It was not communicated before our arrival!It was so loud-from the street(windows are right at noisy street),obviously from reception,also at the night drunk people were calling all night to reception because hotel closed front door!We heard every underground train.We couldn't sleep at all,ZERO!We could hear every person in the lobby passing by,checking in or checking out.Rude receptionist refused to give us other room when we arrive,even though they had free rooms available online.We got moved to other room on next day,but our romantic trip was destroyed.Avoid this hotel at all cost!!!

Cozy hotel.

Liked: Very cozy and lovely hotel. The customer service was very nice. The breakfast was good. It was nice to sleep because the noise from the outside didn't reach the room and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Since I was able to be there for so little time, it was sad to leave:)
