Liked: The location was brilliant. Very central and convenient.
Disliked: The room was very small and the windows were not well isolated so we could hear every noise from outside. There was no coffee machine in the room.

Valencia visit

Liked: The atmosphere and decor in the hotel with bar and restaurant. The bathroom and shower were good sizeThe location was excellent near to the Colon metro and the main sights
Disliked: The 402 room was small and opposite the lift so disturbed by the noise of people using the lift

Simple and beautiful high quality...

Liked: Great location, beautifully restored building. Lovely spacious room. Hair straightener and clothes steamer are very thoughtful touches. Excellent restaurant and bar. Staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: No complaints but 2 observations- a coffee machine and box of tissues in the room would make it 100% perfect.

Liked: Well appointed rooms with fully functioning air conditioning (a rare occurrence in Europe)
Disliked: Pillows were not as comfortable as hoped, but manageable.

Comfort in every step

Liked: Nice hotel, very comfortable both inside and in terms of location. 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral, 10 minutes walk from Nord railway station. Very warm welcome from the staff and readiness to support every step. They speak English, which is quite a rare thing in Spain. Free luggage room. Good breakfast. There is a kettle in the room and some tea bags - good thing after a long day of walk. Normal size room and big bathroom with all you need inside. And the cherry on the cake - a steamer instead of a regular iron.
