Wonderful hotel in unusual location...

Liked: Staff v friendly & helpful
Disliked: It was perfect but transport tricky - only taxis from Gelsenkirchen & to/from VELTINS doable

I highly recommend this Hotel.

Liked: Fantastic second stay at this superb hotel. Very polite and friendly staff. A lovely relaxing and nice bar. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not partake. We will be back again next year.

Very pleasant, extremely accomodating

Liked: The hotel was very helpful to me as I was unable to be there during check in hours, they let me drop my luggage at reception early in the day and they brought it up for me themselves so it was in the room for me upon my arrival late that night

Liked: Ate in bar area and both food and staff were excellent.
Disliked: No complaints at all.
