Liked: Check-in Maschine was a great problem solver. Room was big and clean
Disliked: Instructions to find rooms should be better. On the check-in invoice it says room C 1xx but nowhere indicated where C section is

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: In the evening we arriven no warm water, could not have a shower. We thought because the hotel was maxed out. So thought when getting up early next morning we could get some warm water. Wrong again. next morning no warm water AND no electricty, Not happy, as we had to see customers again.
