Nightmare stay!!!!

Liked: I liked the fact that it had a small fridge and a microwave. They also had snacks and drinks in the office when you were lucky enough to catch someone in it.
Disliked: The motel had changed owners since I was there last, which had been my favorite place to stay for over a decade until this time. After checking in, I noticed that he had overcharged me for the extra night I asked him to add, I asked for the same rate as the first 2 nights, he agreed at check in, but I was charged extra, so I went to ask the clerk and he got all butt hurt about it and said he would have to pay for the reduction, in which I reminded him that he said I'd get the last night at the same rate as the first 2 nights. As my stay went: day 2,,, someone else took my parking spot and the clerk told me to just park under the adjoining apartment building, which when full is very hard to get out of even for a little car. I missed the fireworks because I couldn't get my car out and back in the spot without a hassle or maybe causing damage. The next day, the Internet kept shutting off, no one was in the office, and the people living in the room above me kept pounding on the floor like they had bowling balls up there or something. This was the worst stay in a motel that I have ever had!!!! The new owners should be proud!!! They will lose their most loyal customers that come there . I will never be going back, the new management/ owners need to train the housekeeping also, I accidentally spilled some water on the floor, I cleaned it up with a napkin and it came back black, within just hours of me checking in! The bed spread had old crusty stains on it, and the window sill had not been wiped down in a long time, I also sent my son to the store for a bathroom cleaner so I could clean out the tub to take a bath! I do not recommend this place to anyone that wants a clean, quiet place to sleep, the parking is horrible! Book somewhere else, the price is not worth the trouble!!!!!

Liked: Good location close to Cape Disappointment State Park.Clean with all amenities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Served residents with barbecue and snacks on July 4.
Disliked: Wi-Fi not perfect

Liked: The staff was helpful and the room was nice for the price.
Disliked: Rooms are not well insulated from other guests. It seems like we heard noises from every room around us.

This place is a good...

Liked: The bed was comfy, the room was cute, the lady who checks us in and out was real nice and personable
Disliked: Only thing I could think of was the tv remote wasn’t programmed and I could only watch MsNBC. That’s something that’s fixable, really not that big of a deal.
