Great hotel, good value for...

Liked: Overall very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfy rooms, good breakfast, free coffee to go. Overlooking the river. Easy walk to/from the train station.
Disliked: It's a little walk to the inner city (approx 30-40 minutes) but a nice enough walk, especially if you cross the river.

Elegant and Comfortable

Liked: Elegant, clean and comfortable rooms. Also really quiet. The hotel is on the river and even though it's not in old town, old town was still really easy to reach either through a nice walk along the river or via public transport.
Disliked: Nothing really but wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

Very good

Liked: Great location, great buffet breakfast the next morning. Facilities are a little dated, but it was spotlessly clean and had comfortable bed.
Disliked: The pool. It was difficult to locate the sauna ans steam room.

Exceptional dinner, service and stay

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed our stay! We had dinner at the hotel, we were warmly received by Carlos Pinto. His service was simply exceptional, of all the restaurants we have been to, his level of service, etiquette and attentiveness to detail is unmatched, possibly deserves employee of the year. He is a great resource and definitely made our stay worth while! He is one of the main reasons we will return to this hotel! Customer service is everything. The food was just exceptional as well. The pool could be a little warmer than it was.
