Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Great location on Canal and close to city square.
Disliked: Room on the small side with no A/C. Steep steps.

Loved Amsterdam- was worth spending...

Liked: Great location. Room was clean and sufficient.
Disliked: Room was very small for 4 people. It was very expensive for what it was. But worth it for the amazing location.

Disliked: Room size was tiny, very tiny. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, very steep stairs. Accessibility restricted.

Liked: Location was perfect. Walking distance to the major tourist attractions. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Room is small, and the stairs to the rooms were very narrow.

Nice location but the cleanliness...

Liked: Excellent location and very pretty right on the canal. Staff very friendly and nice they had one room to accommodate our 3 kids.
Disliked: Our bed sheet wasn’t put on properly so we had to remake the bed to prevent the sheet from coming off the mattress. Mattress was pretty badly stained underneath and the linen wasn’t 100% clean either. Bathrooms were tiny. Ok for two nights but not any longer.

Great location…..but the room was...

Liked: The property had an excellent location. Walking distance from every good place you can think of.
Disliked: Well, the power of marketing. To be quite honest, 4 people should not be allowed to stay in these rooms. The room was EXTREMELY small. Too small. I cannot address it enough. When you have 4 people AT LEAST you have 3 bags….we had 5. So imagine how small the space was…..the bathroom was also tiny. Again: a room for 4 adults SHOULD NOT be offered. Not because you can fit in 4 small beds, that means you can accommodate 4 people. I absolutely loved Amsterdam but this hotel was not it. Also, the coffee machine never worked; only until the last day of our stay, and we hardly saw anyone in the main office.
