Enjoyable and comfy stay!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for our group of 3 and clean. The staff was very friendly!
Disliked: It’s a bit far from the city centre but we knew this beforehand so it wasn’t a problem. The metro station was close to the hotel so it was very easy to get to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Pleasant stay, lovely service/help from...

Liked: The location and access to tubes and amenities was great
Disliked: Too small. Felt like no privacy with the tiny toilet so close to the bed. The shower felt like it was in a wardrobe/cupboard. No glasses, knifes or forks, no hand towels or tissues. Definitely not big enough for 3 people, pushing for 2 people.

Room was ok nothing special,...

Disliked: Didn’t like the beds at all, we booked 2 double beds in a room and got 1 normal size double and also a double pull out bed which squeaked all night when I moved on it! The room was in the basement so was very dark inside, didn’t want to open the curtains too much as (people were walking past the window)

Liked: The hotel was close to the train station & our main interest point. The stuff was friendly. They let us leave the luggages free of charge at check-in and check-out. They have a little garden in front of the hotel where you can have a coffee. They offered us some coffee and tea in the room to start our mornings.
Disliked: The room was a little odd - the sink was in the room, between the shower & toilet. That gives you a lack of privacy. The rooms are a little worn out. They gave us only one towel per person. Cleanliness could be improved.

Value for money in an...

Liked: Excellent location with great transport connections. Quiet area in walking distance to food and drink options. Good value for money in an expensive city
Disliked: Room wasn’t serviced when requested. Room and shower are quite small

Comfortable, good value, lovely staff...

Liked: Lovely staff, easy to get to, 24 hour reception. Tea/coffee and Lovely toiletries ;)
Disliked: No off switch for bathroom turns off automatically not ideal when sharing.
