Disappointing
Liked: Modern nicely done nothing flash but reflected in rate
Disliked: Room was in very small basement set up. Clean and tidy. Basics needed…. However…. Ordered stay for 4 adults as have 2 teenage children. Stated 2 double beds but got 1 double bed and 1 small creaky 3/4 sofa bed. Not big enough for 2 not enough bedding, no room to move, not enough towels. Set up for 3 at a push. One child ended up sleeping on floor. Spoke to staff who promised manager would call on the Monday after our stay to discuss refund and yet to hear from them. Each time I call they are not available. Don’t be fooled by what you order as it wont be what you get….. pictures don’t match what you pay for!! Other than this great location!

Liked: Superb location. Not central, but easy access to the centre, thanks to being close to two underground stations. Best sleep I have had in any hotel.

Excellent location and very friendly...
Liked: Staff is very friendly and supportive. Also location is jist short walk away from underground station Hammersmith. There are plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Room vas clean.
Disliked: Toilet and shower was litteraly inside of wardrobe, strange sollition but probably only possible. So for washing hands etc you must use sink in some kind of kitchenette between toilet and shower inside the room.

Harry Potter had a nicer...
Disliked: My room felt like a broom closet they gave up halfway through converting. It was dark, cramped, and buried in an isolated hallway next to the staff room. The furniture was dark wood, which really helped accentuate the lack of natural light. The hallway had a plastic roof with open sides and a gutter underneath — classy. The carpet showed water damage, and the wall-mounted nightstand gave up and fell off when I placed my phone on it. Other rooms looked fine. I think mine was a secret punishment. To top it off, the hotel booked me a taxi that only accepted cash and asked for my creditcard info over the phone.
