Good location

Liked: Convenient location, near to the tube and 20 minutes walk to the Royal Albert Hall which is why I was in London
Disliked: I only stayed one night so it was ok but the single room was nothing like the website stated. The lift wasn't working which wasn't a problem for me as such. My room had it's own staircase as shown in my photo - all very strange! I felt like I was down a hole! The room was very small, the length of a single bed, as I said OK for 1 night but glad I wasn't staying for longer!

Bad experience

Liked: Location
Disliked: It was not the room we chose from the picture. We were given a room like a tomb with no windows and completely different from the one I chose. When we wanted to change it, they helped us but that room was also quite narrow. Why are there pictures and room selection if we can't stay in the same one?

Fix the issues and it...

Liked: Would have been excellent in most respect great location, very friendly staff and looked clean smart and efficient. Very good value for money.
Disliked: Lift out of action ( possibly for a while- given laminated signs up on lift. The stairs were very steep and narrow.i have no idea how we would have managed with a suitcase. We are in our late 60s and were travelling light. In addition it was extremely hot in the room and the air conditioning didn’t work. We particularly went for a room with aircon. The room was set up with a fan next to the window. Presumably the aircon had been out of service for a while as well. Had a very uncomfortable night and several cold showers to mitigate this.

Above and beyond expectations for...

Liked: Above and beyond what we expected. So close to the tube station, a lot closer then what we expected. On arrival we were welcomed by a member of staff with ice cream and a bottle of water each. Check in was easy. Was shown to our room, air con was on and an additional fan in the room too. Could not fault the room, the size was so much bigger then we expected. The getting ready area/ dressing area was perfect for 2 girls getting ready for a concert/ drinks out. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again. Yes, it is a little bit further out of London but transport links were easy to access and the food and drink options in the area were great, we were able to explore an area we never have before when visiting London.
Disliked: Nothing!

Not a hotel for summer

Liked: Good location
Disliked: AC was not working well, in the reception they said it just moves air and don't cool down. Windows can't be opened widely, so the room was hell with the heat and humidity. No lift to get to the room. The room is really small.

Great location but poor maintenance...

Liked: Excellent location, the hotel is just around the corner from Earls Court station. We were only there for 2 nights for a concert and some sightseeing so was ideal for us.Staff were friendly and helpful when needed
Disliked: The rooms are ridiculously small, theres barely enough room for 1 person to move about yet alone 2 - not even enough space to open a bag.The first room we were given had an AC malfunction and was as hot as a sauna, we asked to change rooms as it was so unbearable. But the new room we were given, the AC was also broken! It was a very hot weekend when we were in London so this made our stay quite uncomfortable. The whole hotel appears to be very badly maintained - the lift was totally out of order so had to climb 4 flights of stairs every day! Both of the rooms we seen had loose switches and sockets on the walls, cables hanging loose in the bathroom and shower with broken doors and leaking valves.
