Liked: *The location - it is right next to Liverpool James Street, close to the docks, close to city centre*Value for money*Very comfortable bed*WIFI - Generally not a issue*Very quiet room as requested*Very good black out blinds*Nice easy check in*Staff generally hit or miss
Disliked: *Staff - generally hit or miss. They seem not to know how to deal with feedback. Housekeeping rude. When they asked was there anything I wanted I said no than they kept of asking did I needed things. *The tea/kettle was placed directly under the curtain can be dangerous - could create a fire hazard or at least the steam with damage the curtain. Had to move it everytime I used it*There was a disproportionate about of decaf coffee to non decaf coffee. (Simple thing which can be fixed) *There was no toilet brush*Very low toilet pressure*There is roughly a 20 centimetre step into the shower and there is nothing substantial to hold onto. Yes you can hold onto the glass that partially is around the shower or the taps but these are not good choices especially when you are getting out they would be wet. There is a railing in the shower but that is too far away to be useful unless you have really long arms. This is all a issue especially if you have mobility issues or you use glasses.*There is nowhere in the shower to place your own soap/shampoo. *Airconditioning - it does technically work but it is all of the place to do with strength*The door does lock and close but it was very loose.*TV - the TV does work but every time you turned it on there was a haze on the TV you then had to press a couple of buttons to make the haze go away. *I did find a high amount of dust around the skirting boards (I have attached a photo). I did find dust on the bed head. This is important for those who are asthmatic as there is no window you can open.

Liked: Perfect location for Albert docks and ferry rides and the famous 4 statue the room Wes perfect for us had everything you needed ironing board iron and hairdryer kettle and teas and coffees big towels as well it has shampoo conditioner and body wash so you don’t need to pack any if you wanted to and your across the road from a spoons for breakfast
Disliked: Only thing that let it down was no toilet brush in bathroom

Enjoyable comfortable stay

Liked: Arrived 30mns early but receptionist changed our room so we could check straight in so we didnt have to wait the room was pretty good as was the bathroom and toiletries were good to have
Disliked: Although it was a king room there were two beds one of which we obviously didn't need to use because there was only the two of us & this restricted the space available there would have been more room if this bed was not there and there had been two chairs instead of just the one and perhaps a little table
