The 3-star Hedley House Hotel & Apartments is located in a quiet residential area 1640 feet from York Minster and 8-minute walk of York city center bus and rail stations. The hotel features a 6-people hot tub and an on-site beauty therapist. Under the same family ownership since 1984 all rooms feature a large flat-screen TV with Freeview channels. Hedley House was tastefully converted in 1984 from 2 Victorian town houses and has now expanded to include 2 interconnecting houses of self-catering apartments and 11 more spacious quality rooms. It has its own private car park and there is a lounge bar and three dining rooms where award-winning home-cooked evening meals and breakfasts are served. Food is made from locally sourced ingredients and light snacks are also available.

Fantastic weekend and will return

Liked: Lovely hotel, close to train station and to city centre. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Lovely place and close to...

Liked: The staff at Hedley House were lovely, especially the lady on reception.The room was spacious and very clean. We loved using the huge hot tub they have in well kept grounds.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
