Disliked: The hotel was dirty: there were black hairs in the sink and in the bed, and dried food leftovers in the fridge. The room had a strong smell of dust. Very unpleasant experience — this hotel is not worth the money.

Disliked: Many things. Its not clean. Room shown in picture is different than whats given. Room is just a studio with one single bed but they put in 2 queens. and bathroom is like 2*2 inches where aperson cant fit in.

Disappointing Stay at Hotel

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: I stayed here for one night in July 2025, and the experience was disappointing for the $392 price tag. The hotel desperately needs renovation. The room felt dated, with torn flooring at the entrance and a scratched shower floor. No toiletries were provided, which was surprising for such a costly stay.While the refrigerator was modern and the beds were spacious, the pillows were old and uncomfortable. The built-in air conditioner was extremely noisy, disrupting relaxation and sleep. A strong chlorine smell in the room was unpleasant and made staying there uncomfortable. The toilet’s awkward corner placement was inconvenient and uncomfortable to use.The staff were polite. Given the high cost, the hotel’s condition and lack of amenities were unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Fine for 1 night.

Liked: The location is spot on, close to Heavenly, food, drinks, and the beach. Big room, clean, fine for 1 night since we were there to take care of business.
Disliked: For $300 a night, there's not even a headboard, a very bare minimum room. The shower is small, I can't describe the room, it's just very nothing there.
