Disliked: Could do more with a shower mat and repair the electric sockets they were too hot when charging the phones

Anna and staff were very...

Liked: The staff (Anna) helped us as we requested an early check in. She was very kind and cleaned the room and had it ready for us quickly. So we did not have to wait around for long.
Disliked: The mattress kept slipping off the bed as it is not stable, the toilet door was broken (no handle-sliding door wouldn't close properly). Also there was building works going on next door to the room which caused a lot of disturbance. To be honest the facilities/room need an update with more quality equipment/furniture and broken things need to be mended.

Ok for emergency situations

Liked: I was really pleased with the staff, in a special way for the reception lady Annika very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was just fine, but the most nice experience was Annika. Well done Annika you did your best in that situation.
Disliked: The main problem was that, due the hottest days, the rooms were like staying in an oven really unpleasant specially with children with no air circulation at all despite the tiny blade fan on the bedside cabinet. The general maintenance was really poor due sockets not working, broken towel holder, broken toilet paper holder. For sure the place needs a better maintenance.

Would never stay here again...

Liked: No parking was available took 10 minutes to gain entry room card not working had to go back to reception felt very unsafe
Disliked: Rundown below basic not clean
