Liked: The staff were very warm and welcoming.
Disliked: The place needs renovation. The beds were not comfortable and the washrooms were not well cleaned.

Hotel with good airport connections...

Liked: The location is perfect for early morning plane arrivals at Heathrow - and parking is included.The hotel is easy to locate and access. The cost is low, so expectations weren't high, I just neede a bed for a few hours.
Disliked: The plug in the sink was non-functioning. The kettle supplied didn't fit under the tap. No hot water (although it was 4.30 am). And lots of noise from cleaners. My room was between the cleaners' equipment room and a toilet facility for clients of the restaurant.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were very helpful, courteous, and attended to everything we asked for. It was a great stay with our family and we enjoyed it. We would like to come here again especially for Nermine who was very helpful and looked after us very well and we much appreciated it.
Disliked: We enjoyed and loved every bit of it.

It is manageable

Liked: The staff are nice and amazing
Disliked: The room is so hot as there was only one small fan for a family of four in this summer
