Liked: Room was of a very high standard; bathroom was also excellent, with a hearty breakfast included.
Disliked: Nothing could be bad with this high standard of accommodation. BETTER than Premier Inn anyway, thanks Heathmount for a lovely overnight stay.

Warm, clean and comfortable.lovely staff...

Liked: So clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and the food was great, good value and fresh.
Disliked: The stairs and I had room 8. Hit my head on the roof and stubbed my toe on the door stop.

Nice rooms

Liked: Nice sized room, very comfortable with a big bathroom. Was just outside city centre (10 min walk into the city).

Liked: The room was very nice, quiet, and comfortable. Our room had double skylights which allowed a pleasant breeze through, but could be shaded to darken the room in daytime if desired. We really enjoyed the dining room menu and the pub had a very large selection of whiskey and gins.
Disliked: There is no elevator, so be prepared if on the top floor. Bathroom was quite small making getting in the shower a bit awkward - but unlike many of our Scotland hotels - the shower worked well!.

Liked: It was close to where my elderly Mother lives , and has parking. We were all as a family up for her 95 th birthday party, so it was convenient to where she lives around the corner.
Disliked: I could not sleep . The bed was comfortable and clean but the room was noisy. I could not trace it but there was a vibrating , intermittent noise all night. Coffee and tea provided ,but no hot chocolate or even a wee biscuit! Very poor.

Liked: The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with modern decor and excellent roomy bathrooms. If you are thinking of staying here, you need to be aware that it is a mixture of a nice boutique hotel and a very busy noisy pub. My friends and I enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar, but not everyone would. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The room was very cold and a member of the bar staff had to come in to sort out the radiators, but the towel radiator in the bathroom didn’t work at all, so it was a bit chilly. The restaurant was adjoining the bar, and very noisy.

Liked: For our visit the location was ideal. Room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Issue with our bill at check out but managed to resolve with the staff.
