Our stay at the Heathman Lodge was wonderful. Hotel staff clearly pay close attention to details. Nothing is overlooked. The rooms are lovely and very quiet; the grounds are well kept and beautiful; the hotel makes recycling a priority - which is important to our family. The front desk offers a complimentary latte, cappuccino or hot chocolate in the morning. The restaurant on the premises, Hudson's is flat out excellent. Usually hotel food is mediocre at best but Hudson's should be one of the reasons you'd stay at the Heathman. In fact, we noticed many locals enjoying Hudson's. We came to Vancouver for a concert and staying at the Heathman was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back!

Liked: Room was very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Didn't like that we could't drive under the canopy to the enrance to check in. It was blocked off with tables and music. Parking lot was very full. We had to finc a place to park and walk in to check in then go back and get our lugage and back in. My husband recently had knee replacement and that was very incomfortable for him. Also had a very resonable quote from booking.com so we booked the room. Unfortunately we were unaware of all the additional fees and charges which made the room expensive. We should have been told about resort fees, occupancy tax etc.

Liked: Property was clean
Disliked: I didn’t have any issues with the property as a whole. But our bed was hard and pretty uncomfortable the pillows felt well used and flat. And there was short curled hair all over our bathroom and in our tub. Kinda gross.

Had a wonderful time. Hudson...

Liked: Excellent service, made our 50th wedding anniversary very special.
Disliked: Heavy dust on bottom of door edges, closet and bathroom door.

Disliked: TV remote control did not function well. Exercise equipment was old and rusty.

Liked: beautiful facility with an amazing staff. for me, the bed was a little soft, but thats just me. otherwise eveything was perfect.
Disliked: that i had to head home.
