Liked: Probably one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. The room was spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the owner prepared us a packed breakfast because we had an early boat. Next time in Kirkwall that's where I'll book again!

Liked: Debbie was very welcoming and accommodating when I arrived and the room was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of options to choose from. Heatherlea is located very close to the centre of Kirkwall and is only a few minutes walk to the ferry terminals.

Liked: We loved everything about the property. Debbie was the perfect host. Our room was so comfortable and every detail was appreciated. The vanity was a perfect place to get ready, the shower was great, and the fridge was so useful. Your breakfast was delicious and perfect every morning. The location to town was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk. The parking in front was so convenient. Absolutely perfect stay!
Disliked: I cannot think of anything.

Relaxing stay at exceptional property

Liked: The property is very neat and clean. Our upper floor room looked brand new. Every detail is tastefully done. It was a pleasure to stay there! I must note that our breakfast was excellent, and our host was gracious and welcoming.
Disliked: I feel strongly that our experience was excellent and I did not see room for improvement.
