Disliked: The room we were given the mattresses felt like they were broken, there were around 10 spiders in the room. When thr receptionist was consulted we were told that she couldn't do anything about it and asked us to resolve the issue we had. She wasn't pleasant to talk to.There was cracks and a chunk at the bottom of the wall missing. When we got into the room in a few minutes we felt itchy and my wife started to have redness on her arm.The worst hotel we've been, strange really as most of the reviews are good about this hotel.I dont normally write reviews, but felt i needed to.Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I'm still waiting for a refund, as we checked out and booked another hotel

Very convenient for one night...

Liked: It was close to a party we were going to
Disliked: It says it’s a bar and restaurant but the bar/restaurant was closed at 7pm on a Saturday! Also the shower was not up to scratch, it spurted out everywhere, apart from that it was ok

Liked: lovely room good access when staff went home.
Disliked: we paid for late checkout, but had room attendant knocking on the door at 10am. no breakfast available

Liked: Locatio, room a good size.
Disliked: Window was broke, no one to tell, meant was noisy and smelt of smoke. No hot water. Tv very small in a big room.
