Liked: I loved the way it was so quite and the staff were very helpful and friendly Rooms are very clean and bathroom shower were great Walking distance to dewsbury Parking In all a very restful and pleasant stay A special mention to stevie One small thing the telegraph didn’t work But actually just nice to chillThank you Room 14

Liked: Friendly welcome at check in. We stayed in room 3 which had a large comfy double bed and plenty of space for cases. Complimentary water & biscuits were nice. Plenty of parking available. Didn't get to see the whole place but it looks like a nice hotel. Perfect for a short stay.
Disliked: We thought breakfast was included but found out a few days before that the restaurant was closed. We saw a notice by reception when we left the next day saying we could have purchased a breakfast 'to go', but this wasn't offered at check in. We arrived unexpectedly ahead of check in at 3pm, and it would have been nice to drop our bags off but there were no staff at the hotel.

Disliked: Wasn’t a very pleasant stay, I had to leave at night as I was not comfortable or happy. The bedsheets had stains All over the floor was dirty and the room has spiders, I could hear people outside using foul language
