Exceptional

A very comfortable B&B with...

Liked: I loved the quiet and peaceful environment. The location was very convenient to the activities we wanted to do. The breakfast was excellent each day and I loved have fresh baked goodies in the afternoon. Having bottled water available at no cost was an extra added amenity!
Disliked: I cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

Best B & B experience...

Liked: I stayed in the Country Cottage and it was the perfect little get away - very nicely decorated and comfortable. The hosts were beyond gracious (available, not invasive) and served up a gourmet breakfast. The cookies left out for an afternoon treat were delicious and a nice touch. The microwave popcorn packets in the cabin were exactly what I was hoping for when I arrived. There is a trolley stop next to the inn which made it very convenient for getting around as driving and parking in Eureka Springs can be nerve-racking.
Disliked: The cabin had a strong musty odor when I arrived but there was a very nice room freshener provided for the bathroom that I used to control the smell.

Loved it! Hospitality was great!...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic!! That alone would bring us back! Location was questionable, a little hard to find.
Disliked: Needed a microvave, coffee got cold and no way to warm it up. Shower needed the curve shower rod! A little tight on room.

Liked: As always Rick and Sherri are and were amazing hosting myself and my fiancé'. We will be back in the fall for sure. This was my third stay.
Disliked: loved everything !

Excellent location, attentive hosts, beautiful...

Liked: Rick and Cheri were excellent hosts- Personable, informative, had great suggestions regarding things to do and where to shop, etc. They engaged us whenever we sat down for their delicious full plate breakfast, or. when, we sat in the main house living room resting or reviewing local restaurant ratings/ menus or places to go hike or shop. Nice couple who work really hard to ensure our stay was exceptional. The two person spa-bath was relaxing and enjoyable, particularly with a tv set in the bathroom.
Disliked: Our Volery Suite had a musty smell as it was on the deck level and located on the wooded side of the property. Rick cleaned the air conditioner filter and ensured the de-humidifier was turned on- Once that was done the room perked up and we enjoyed the accomodation.
