Liked: Yvonne was so wonderful during our check in process. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff.

Liked: Evening meal was a great bonus and allowed us to rest up for the next day at the UI Hospital The room was comfortable and all of the staff was very nice. Breakfast got us off to a good start.
Disliked: Vending machines were kind of pricy and water at the front desk was a dollar but a much better deal than the vending machines.

I will stay there again...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, room was very clean, shuttle was excellent and so lmportant for getting to appointments on time and getting picked up later in the day.
Disliked: Spaghetti/meatballs dinner was awful! Otherwise dinners have been a nice extra to come back to. 24hr coffee, fresh cookies were great!! Desk tried to accommodate any request I had. Weekend shuttle didn’t run late enough for someone who needs to be in hospital with a loved one.
