Very good

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Big room with plenty of space. Good facilities.
Disliked: Bathroom was very dated and the wood on the walls above bath was not in good condition. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable

Liked: Awesome and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and spacious room with a great view to the lake.

Liked: The location & the staff were friendly.
Disliked: It was very tired looking & needed updating and a thorough clean.

A gem in Queenstown

Liked: Right in the city. Walking distance to town. Spacious room with gym facilities. Free parking which is rare in Queenstown.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Room was ok. Shower over the bath was not. Not only was it not easy to get into it was old and badly chipped.Will not be staying there again.

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: The advertising did not mention the room could be below road level. No view, no light. Two flights of stairs below ground.Huge crawling bug in the blanket was scary and disappointing. 5cm long centipede type insect.No ceiling lights made the room space even darker.Spa pool/gym and sauna were advertised within the price of the room but then we were told there was an additional cost to use the spa.
