Liked: We requested a change of room due to noise levels of room by carpark and we were moved to a quieter room with no problems. Much appreciated. We were travelling so being close to airport is very convenient for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we also liked the quality and value of the food in the restaurant. Having the shuttle service for pick up and drop off to the airport is a great service.

So welcoming and family friendly....

Liked: The airport shuttle is an amazing service. When we got to the hotel the kids were given a scavenger hunt to complete with a reward gift of sweets when completed. It was a wonderful touch. Also the restaurants kids menu had puzzles on the back. Fantastic idea
Disliked: No complaints at all
