This second stay, like the...

Liked: It was very conveniently positioned, the staff on reception and in the restaurant were very helpful.The free shuttle is a real bonus, and though the first shuttle to come was full, a second came within 10 minutes. Great service.
Disliked: The long walk through the rain with very little shelter, to a busy shuttle stop that was insheltered was TOTALLY unacceptable to me as a partially crippled person in my eighties. This is a major Auckland Airport problem. How much would it cost to erect a tin bus shelter?
