Everything at your fingertips -...

Liked: I always enjoy my stay at the Heartland, the room was spacious and I loved my bathroom this time - the shower was amazing. I loved that I was located away from the business of other guests.
Disliked: There was nothing to not like.

exactly what we needed.

Liked: It was great to have interconnecting rooms for our big family.
Disliked: I had emailed when i booked through booking.com to request a carpark for the time period of our international holiday. When i got there, this was not booked in even though i had email reply asking what my car registration was. However, the receptionist was great at booking this in for us on the day with no fuss.At no fault of the staff - we had a very loud person on our floor that woke us all up at about midnight banging on a door in the hallway and yelling out. not ideal when you had an alarm set for 2.30am.
