Superb

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested a late check out the night before we were due to leave. Quick response. The room was very clean, with no dust in sight.What you needed in a kitchenette waa provided which i liked. Ample supply of towels. Beds were nice & comfortable. Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The only thing I can comment here is that the motel room looks a little dated & not like the photos supplied on the website. HOWEVER, the cleanliness & comfort of the room more than made up for this.

Disliked: Outdated facilities - shower is really low, no wipes provided compared to other hotels we have stayed. The sky cable is not working (basic channels only). The headboard was really dusty and the bedside table.

Liked: Professional friendly check in; good location close to Victoria street and walking distance of restaurants. Very clean.Pleasant looking swimming pool
Disliked: Very tired motel. Scratched and dented sink and bath tub, water noise from room above. Desk chair didn't work properly.

Wonderful trip to Hamilton

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The environment was soothing and relaxing, quite and comfortable beds. Good security
Disliked: It was raining so we got drenched while coming yo have breakfast at the restaurant. A walkaway with shelter recommended.2. Only one key was given. It was a bit of hassle when 2 of us returned from breakfast we had to wait for the other 2 to return to get excess to the building

Great location and good value

Liked: Room was very spacious and very clean. Location was good, parking was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and took the time to show me the direction of where the food was, and even better being walking distance. Beds were comfy and felt luxurious. Would stay there again when returning back to Hamilton
Disliked: Despite the room was presented very clean, there was some 'snacks' in between the sofa/couch seats from previous guests. May have been overseen by cleaning staff. Wifi was dropping out intermittently. Otherwise, room was great and no dramas.
