The tour was very good,...

Liked: free ice
Disliked: the carpet on the floor was very dirty. I couldn't leave my daughter with her feet on the floor

Would definitely stay again, overall...

Liked: Location was on point, staff was friendly and very accommodating, clean, comfy
Disliked: Pool area not enough chairs/lounge space, pool smaller side but got the job done. Put gets filled with one family in it

Liked: We were close to the boardwalk and eating places. Central location was perfect.
Disliked: OWe had problems connecting to the internet and not able to watch tv specifically the news.

Disliked: We were located on the third floor with a very small balcony going to the corner for our room. 3d. The rooms window did not latch or close. It was right underneath the bed. I have a two year old who managed to push it open and almost fall out of the window. We went to the manager to see about a new room, which she did get a new and a better room for us. However the second night we stayed, the cleaning staff was not aware of the room changes. They had taken all of our stuff. Everything was cleaned out including the formula and dirty clothes. Our second key was missing during the time they removed all of our belongings along with our diaper bag. They had still charged us $20 for our room key even though they are the ones who moved and cleaned all of our things. The WiFi was horrible along with any tv channels.
