Quality was not like the...

Liked: The property was in a convenient location for what we were needing
Disliked: I have stayed at numerous hotels averaging about 3 to 4 times a month for work around the same dollar amount. We were stuck in a room where the AC did not work it blew just air.

We needed a cheap place...

Liked: I liked that we were able to stay on the first floor and park right in front of the door making unloading easy. The fact they had a working ice machine was just what we needed too. We had a big cooler to ice down after a 6 hour drive. The guy at the front desk was accommodating. The property was on our way to the concert and on our way home which made things easy. Look...it's a cheap place to stay and easy access to the rooms. There's no breakfast or pool which I'm fine with. Most places just serve junk anyway.
Disliked: The towels were not clean and stunk. The property wasn't that nice and kinda sketchy looking honestly but we were only staying one night and left at checkout and went home. It worked out fine. The room was real hot when we got there too and it took a while to cool down. Thank god we had somewhere to go while it cooled down which took several hours. Overall, not bad.
