Good, but needs more work.

Liked: The location was convenient to the area we wanted. The manager was accommodating when we asked to change rooms because it smelled like smoke. The new owner is making an effort at revitalizing the motel.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't offered and our room wasn't cleaned after the first night and there was no indication that it wouldn't be cleaned. In our first room the smoke detector was hanging out of the wall and in our second room there was not a smoke detector at all. We had to use the kitchenette sink as the bathroom sink too. I originally asked to modify our reservation from 2 nights to 1 and was denied.
