Disliked: The elevator was out of service most of the time

Disliked: Hot rooms, but I was on the top floor, it had fans which helped.

Disliked: Bathroom quite dirty. The hallway bathroom/ shower was fresher than the ensuite in the room

Disliked: If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep while traveling, never stay here. The beds make an excessive amount of noise with even the slightest movement — without any exaggeration, it’s the worst bed I’ve ever slept on.

Liked: Very nice staff, met with kindness. Open 24 hours for check in and check out. Lot of privacy in the capsules. Feels very safe and nice to be able to get privacy.

Liked: Good location in centre of Berlin, nice bar by reception and friendly staff. A number of bathrooms on the floor of the room. Good value for money
Disliked: The plug beside by bunk bed was not working and was a lot of hassle to keep my phone changed through other means. The showers are on a timer and can result in a lot of water being wasted. Room was too warm at night and alot of noise from the public space outside. Was difficult to sleep
