Hotel Description
The Heart of England is a hotel pub and restaurant in Weedon Bec around 8 miles west of Northampton. It offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodations in a location close to the M1 and around 30 minutes from Milton Keynes. Each room at The Heart of England has an en suite shower flat-screen TV work desk and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms are decorated in a contemporary style in warm earth tones. A full English breakfast is available to guests each morning. The restaurant serves a full menu of popular pub dishes with burgers steaks pasta and pies followed by tempting hot and cold desserts. The Heart of England is located in a converted 18th-century farmhouse. It now has a pretty beer garden with outside seating areas and a children's playground.

Great restup just off the...

Liked: Great stopover hotel on long journey south, perfect for relaxed evening stroll along canal or sit in the large ,shaded beer garden. Not crowded on the Monday night we stayed in a large comfortable room.
Disliked: could've done with a small fridge but that's a bit nitpicky.

Nice place to stay

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Food was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Lovely garden - we had our evening meal outside as it was so hot!! Really enjoyed it! Nice little play area for kiddies.
Disliked: Could have done with a phone charging socket.We stayed on 21st June and it was so hot we had to leave the windows open, but couldn't close the curtains for privacy because of the secondary glazing - obviously needed during the winter, but not when it's hot.Decor could do with updating.
