Great location with an even...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located to the Edgewater area, making it an easy walk or bus ride to all uptown attractions. The staff was very helpful and accommodating - the AC went out my first night and with their help we were able to come up with a resolution to make the rest of my stay comfortable. I would stay here again!

Got in, got out.

Liked: Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I slept well. The location is great.
Disliked: Only smoking rooms were available despite reserving a non-smoking room. Reception desk offered a $10 discount which I had no choice but to accept. Didn't see any option for coffee or breakfast snacks available, so just checked out quick and left.

Not my first stay, but...

Liked: Location was not bad and price was good.
Disliked: The person who checked me in was possibly the rudest person I've ever dealt with checking in to any hotel/motel.There were several spiders crawling around the room and on the beds.

Passable

Liked: Location and price were great.
Disliked: Zero water pressure. My shower trickled. I was put in connecting room that had very loud people in the next room, and I could hear everything.
