would use this hotel again,...

Liked: Good location as only a few minutes walk to the high street and as we were there for shopping it was perfect. We also chose The Mill on The Exe because it closeness to the river Exe. It was January so and we didn't expect to sit outside but on arrival we found the Exe in flood and raging waters. Very exciting to see. Our room and walk-in shower were excellent and had everything you could want including a coffee machine. We ate in their buzzing restaurant that evening (above average pub food) with excellent service. Free parking too, such a bonus as well to arrive at 1030 am and park all day whilst we shopped.Just a word here on what else Exeter offers - just off the high street you have the cathedral (definitely worth a visit) unusual old houses, a large green area and more, so it's worth a detour.
Disliked: Breakfast was included and we chose the full English, sadly everything on our plates was overcooked - I can't imagine that this is always the case due to the reviews. Other choices were fruits, cereals, bread, cakes etc.

Liked: Breakfast was good, parking on site, Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Room decor was a bit tires. Shower head was very dirty and I had to wash before I used it. dirty skirtings in Bathroom.

We would definitely stay again

Liked: We had a lovely stay, we stayed in room 5 which was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely too and the breakfast was great! staff were all very accommodating
