Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very friendly, especially the guy from reception.
Disliked: The location was very nice, the parking space was available, the breakfast was great and the check-in process was very fast.

Great location for Great Orme...

Liked: This is a spacious extension to the hotel, with 4 bedrooms (one ensuite), bathroom, kitchen and lounge/diner. It was good to have the shared space with our family members. Right at top of Llandudno, it's a good starting point to walk the Great Orme and we had great views of the bay from the large patio. Beds were comfy, plenty of storage/hot water and white fluffy towels.
Disliked: Nothing to note.

Disliked: Parking not adequate, need to park on road as all spaces full, often no spaces on road either.

Liked: Good breakfast, truly excellent views (more than just the town and beach, but the Conwy side of the peninsular as well, also very close to the attractions but without the noise levels
Disliked: old sash windows, bit rattly once the wind changed directions, self fixed with a good wedge of tissues

Very enjoyable stay for a...

Liked: We liked how the property is very close to the cable car. One of the two rooms that we were given also had an excellent sea view. Also, we found it convenient that we had included breakfast in our room reservation.
Disliked: Parking was a bit too tight. We came in a van so it was a bit of a problem for us.

Liked: Location is up a steep hill, but the views made it worth it for us. Hotel had character & breakfast was superb.
Disliked: Some bits are in need of a little tlc. Eg. Planters outside are full of dead plants - wouldn't take much to remove them or replace with a couple of good quality artificial plants. Also, rust on radiator- would only take a few minutes to paint it.
