What a brilliant hotel and...

Liked: The location was excellent, views are great. Fantastic breakfast. Amazing host who couldn't do enough for us, a credit to the hotel.large comfortable room. Also present to sit downstairs and garden area.
Disliked: Was in a steep part of llandudno. Mmy steps or steep road to town.

Good

Great value for money, easy...

Liked: Lovely building, well maintained and appointed. Staff efficient and friendly. Great views from my bedroom and from most of the public roors and outside spaces. Easy, free parking on the road directly outside the Hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: I was on the third floor of a tall building with no lift. Luckily, at 78, I had little problem with this but the hotel, Booking.com or both, should have made this clear. I know several people who do not consider themselves disabled, and so do not always ask about access, who simply could not have got to this room.It would not bother many people but, for me, 8:15 is late to start beakfast so I didn't stay for it.

Beautiful hotel and location.

Liked: The location was perfect, staff very friendly. Room clean and tidy, well stocked and loved the balcony.
Disliked: There was a bit of a foul smell in the bathroom, ?shower. Parking was tight, had to trouble 2 guests to move their cars so I could get out, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Liked: Olde worlde, in keeping with the age of the property in a peaceful location. Fantastic views of Llandudno. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Comfy bed, fluffy towels & a delicious breakfast, cooked to order.
