Enjoyed my stay

Liked: A large one bedroom apartment with plenty of room. Very comfortable bed. Very clean and well.maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location next to Little Austinmer beach.

Pleasant

Liked: The one-bedroom suite was surprisingly huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice too.
Disliked: At 7 o'clock in the morning, someone just opened our room with a key and walked right in. My daughter was sleeping in the living room and screamed. When we reported this to reception, the hotel manager told us they will check. I was hoping that they would provide some follow-up in their thank-you email after our check-out, but I got just a standard email.I would rate this hotel a 10 had it not been for this incident.

Great place to stay.

Liked: We arrived early but our room was ready so we were able to check in, always a nice bonus. Our room was clean and spacious. Large comfy bed a well stocked kitchenette, washing machine, free excellent WiFi, nice powerful shower with plenty of toiletries supplied.The food in the evening was excellent and reasonably priced. Lovely walking area straight out of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay and would stay again if in the area.
Disliked: All was good.

The perfect weekend away.

Liked: The property, location, staff, facilities were absolutely amazing. The deluxe apartment is the best room of its type we have ever stayed in - no exceptions. We were blow away by how spacious and well appointed it was and the views from the generous balcony area were stunning.
Disliked: Nothing - absolutely faultless.

Disliked: The bed was really soft and hurt our backs. We wanted to eat there in the restaurant the day we arrived but every table was reserved...The breakfast was bad...cold and the eggs were overdone (eggs Benedict). Staff were really nice and room was big but the other things put a dampers on it..
