Disliked: Car park barrier was down on arrival. No one was in the gatehouse. I was able to enter the hotel reception. No one was there. No way of contacting anyone.Waited 20 minutes until security guard came back to the gatehouse. He let us enter the car park and radioed the receptionist. He came downstairs 5 minutes later. No greeting or apology until we had checked in. Then he apologised and said there had been a milk issue.

Restaurants, bars & takeaways only...

Liked: Room was clean and tidy with a sky sports channel and a mini fridge. Friendly staff, good parking and excellent view of the cricket. Excellent value.

Liked: Good location and lovely staff
Disliked: Lumpy bed, toilet seat wrong shape for toilet. Hairdryer provided no mirror in the sleeping area, had to wedge open bathroom door.

Very Clean and Comfy!

Liked: Arrived earlier than scheduled but they let us check in to save waiting about. Room was large and spacious. Great view of the cricket stadium.Nice and quiet, clean throughout.Comfy bed!
