A unique & enjoyable stay...

Liked: Very friendly & helpful staff. Great view, even the non-sport lovers amongst us loved the sight of the stadium first thing in the morning. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was very warm, there was no AC & initially no fan. We mentioned this to the very good staff, however, who quickly sourced a fan and delivered it to the room.

Perfect location for a day...

Liked: Amazing location. Spacious room. Big, comfortable beds even for the children. Two fans provided as pre-requested given how hot it was. We came for a The Hundred match and watched the first one from the room to avoid the blazing sun. No need to rush away after the games ended either so stayed as late as needed to get a few autographs. Plenty of food available during the match day and then got a food delivery easily for dinner from outside.
Disliked: Lack of electrical sockets. With 4 phones, 4 power banks, 1 laptop and 4 portables fans to charge we always bring an extension cord with us. This time we didn’t as it was just one night away from home. So that’s on us. However, there were no free sockets anyway. One was being used by the fridge and two by the desk fans. The lamp sockets were not the modern standard UK plugs so couldn’t be used :(

Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel but it was very hot there was a fan but it would have been nice to be able to open doors to balcony to get fresh air
