Exceptional

Dissapointing

Disliked: There was a double booking on which Moritz informed me before arrival. One was already payed they mentioned on the phone. To my surprise the lady from the reception forced me to pay also for the second booking. And assured me in case of a double payment, it would be refunded quickly. Since I was in a rush I decided to trust her, till my regrets. After two weeks I am still waiting for my money, they point to booking.com which I already spoke with and no solution is presented. Really disappointed with how this is handled and the time I have put in without a proper refund.

Disliked: Room was too warm and could not control it to cool it.
