Liked: Location
Disliked: The room they gave us was near the dumpster and where deliveries come in. It was loud. When I told the person at the front desk they said ok. The gentleman didn’t care at all. He let us check out 30 min late. I got no sleep. I would have paid for a quieter room

Disliked: Our room was cold.. heat did not come on… noisy from yeah pick up eIn the wee hours of the morning and loud music /people at night. Slipped several times on the threshold of the bathroom because of the slope

The hotel looks beautiful but...

Liked: I liked the hotels location, right in the heart of the city.
Disliked: A few things. I didn't like the staff. They were stiff and unfriendly. For traveling purposes, my husband and I decided to depart a day early. We informed the hotel on Sunday we would leave on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. Were told to speak someone during the day shift. I did. Was told just to check out on Tuesday. I did. I asked for a receipt. They told me I would be provided with one via email. They didn't send it on Tuesday. I called that evening while in Virginia. (We live in NY). Was told it would be provided on Wednesday the original check out date. I knew then the hotel would not adjust my bill. They even charged me for valet parking the day I wasn't there!The rooms were not swept or mopped, even though we requested housekeeping. And they are expensive! They don't offer many amenities for the price of the stay.

Liked: The location was great. The room was huge and so comfortable. It was a perfect romantic getaway.
Disliked: The few things I was disappointed in the lack of coffee and other refreshments.

Liked: I had hoped the restaurant was open for breakfast.
