Liked: Location was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and had ample space.
Disliked: A restaurant or lounge would have been nice.

Stay somewhere else nearby, horrible...

Liked: The location was perfect but I wish we stayed somewhere else nearby. My friend arrived after us soaked from the rain shower, and instead of being shown the elevator, she was told she had to wait in the lobby for us to come get her. The staff continued to be unfriendly, offering no hospitality or customer service for room issues. The bathroom outlets never worked, which made three women getting ready on time very hard. And then all the outlets eventually stopped working. Their response was “the hotel is old”. There is also no where to get clean water on the floors, so you have to drink the sink water that wreaks of chlorine. Also, the website says valet parking only, and coming from out of state you believe that’s your only option. There are 3 parking garages within a rocks throw but the website makes sure not to mention that. The location is perfect, but definitely go somewhere else nearby.
