Hayward Inn

Liked: Very quiet; super nice staff; adequate breakfast; great location for University of Oregon.

Perfect place to stay for concert nights if you only have one car. Must make reservations early - ended up in smoking room and we were all non smokers and hated the smell. Jennifer was so helpful, but night staff was short and uncooperative.

Disliked: Parking was full and no place for second vehicle

Hotel rooms are good and...

Liked: Love being walking distance from Hayward Field and Matthew Knight arena. So great! Breakfast is also so good… not fancy but it’s way more than just grab and go stuff.

Liked: The breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and eager to make your stay better.

We come to Eugene often,...

Liked: The main part of the hotel is a newer building, kept very clean and nice.
Disliked: The older detached parts of the hotel do not have an elevator

Liked: Location adjacent to U of O campus and sports venues.
Disliked: Understaffed at front desk slowed checkin process.

I would stay here again...

Liked: Location! We were able to walk to Hatward Field. The room was clean, comfortable & with a lot of athletes staying at this hotel it was quiet. The breakfast had a variety of choices & staff kept it supplied.
Disliked: Being told our reservation was canceled since we did not check in on time. It was a mistake by mgmt since I showed them the message that I sent when we were informed of the flight change.
