Liked: Very quiet; super nice staff; adequate breakfast; great location for University of Oregon.

Perfect place to stay for concert nights if you only have one car. Must make reservations early - ended up in smoking room and we were all non smokers and hated the smell. Jennifer was so helpful, but night staff was short and uncooperative.

Disliked: Parking was full and no place for second vehicle

Liked: breakfast was ok. bed comfortable.
Disliked: No screen on the sliding door to patio so we couldn't leave it open and wanted to look at the river.

Superb

Liked: Location was fantastic. Liked two sinks in two areas of bathroom. Loved the breakfast space. Light and airy. Staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: Sliding glass door unlocked and security pin laying on floor upon arrival, ground level. Behind desk and cabinetry was very dirty and contained quite a collection of plastic forks and spoons which had been there for a while. Furniture pieces were pulled away from wall and light on desk lit behind up brightly.

Bait and switch

Liked: The decoy building was nice. Found out we don't get to stay there and they shoved us in the basement in the back of the property next to a pest welcoming creek.
Disliked: How they show you one thing and give you another. The old buildings in back where we ended up smelled like old moldy basement or an old grandmas office.

Great rooms for a great...

Liked: The room was spacious and beds were comfortable loved the view from our room and we even saw a beaver as soon as we checked in chillen in the little stream right out by our balcony ❤️.Best breakfast i have had at a motel in a long long time!

Superb

Liked: Great location, good breakfast choices, nice and clean, excellent staff.
Disliked: Bed was a bit stiff.
