Awful hotel

Liked: The price. That’s it.
Disliked: After waiting 10 minutes to check in, I was greeted first thing by a RUDE staff member who claimed they were “in the bathroom” when they are actually playing Mortal Kombat(I can HEAR you in there!)Unbearably hot rooms that did not cool off until we’d already been there for four hours. Dirty/dusty rooms, a shower and sink that wouldn’t drain, stains on blankets(thank God we didn’t need them!)0 stars. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Disliked: Had to fight to get towels. Only allowed 1 towel per person which was personally delivered by the manager. Had to turn in towels to be washed and returned 1:1. He acted like we were trying to steal them. They were old hard towels, I definitely didn't want to take them home.

Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: Staff was not on property when I arrived. I rang the bell 3 times over 5-8 minutes. I finally called the phone number. A woman answered I told her I had a reservation she explained she was a long term guest and the staff was at the store buying supplies and would not return for 20 or 30 minutes.she called him and they came to the conclusion I could give her my drivers license and I could at least get into my room until he returned. 45 minutes after I had first arrived he knocked on my door and I could actually check in.. I was exhausted from driving all day and just wanted to go to bed. There was 1 bath towel 2 hand towels and 2 wash rags. It was difficult to dry my hair with a wet towel from drying my body.

Nice place for the value

Liked: We stayed here because the hotels closest to Witchita State University had terrible reviews. We are glad we did! Unfortunately, our daughter made a reservation at one of those, and it was not good for her. Anyway, we were pleasantly surprised. Place was clean, beds were comfy, AC worked great, big vanity in bathroom area, great location, and good value. The only negative would be the breakfast. Sorely lacking, but coffee was fresh and hot, anyway. Will stay here again if in the area.

Can't complain for the price...

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Biscuits and gravy, cereal and waffles. Coffee could have been stronger. Front desk was very welcoming and accommodating when I asked for botton floor. Quiet facility. Comfortable bed. Room smelled fresh and surfaces clean.
Disliked: The shower curtain was shot and had mold on it. Carpet could use a good cleaning. Lighting above the mirror was like candle light.
