Alright stay if you need...

Liked: Staff were super helpful and friendly. Gave us a free upgrade to a window room as they had plenty available.The room size exceeded my expectations.Good location.
Disliked: The window didn't close properly and we got wafts of cigarette smoke coming in from outside.Pillows not very comfortable

Liked: Everything was fantastic
Disliked: 1 of the 2 lifts (elevators) went out of service on the first night of my stay (Friday evening), and it was not repaired by the time I left (Monday afternoon)

OK for one night but...

Liked: Price compared to other hotels was reasonable as it was the Edinburgh Fringe time.
Disliked: The room was tiny and the bed very small and uncomfortable.
