A beautiful space, amazing staff...

Liked: Decor was beautiful, the staff was super helpful and friendly so attentive.
Disliked: I booked the stay due to the pool area so we we could have a girlie relaxing session and a swim, the pool was cold so we didn’t swim it was offered to heat it straight away but obviously this takes time. The pool area didn’t feel relaxing even though beautifully designed as it’s a thorough fare for staff who would be on their phones from the staff room/office. Such a shame. Tea or coffee facilities in the room would also have been nice. We opted for breakfast but after a long wait my coffee was cold and the poached eggs so hard they were rubbery, it’s such a shame as it was my first time in a Firmdale hotel.

Perfect hotel .

Liked: Excellent location. Large spacious rooms which are so comfortable. Staff are amazingly attentive , with fantastic service from reception, to waiting staff to door men and housekeeping staff.
Disliked: Liked everything.

A very good expérience.

Liked: Staff was extremely helpfull and kind. The room is big, clean and comfortable, location is best. wonderful swimming pool and exelant breakfast.
Disliked: There was no CoffeeAn exxp in the room.

Too short

Liked: I loved the interior decor, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bar area served good food at at a reasonable cost. The staff were very responsive and pleasant. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We only stayed for one night to go to the Haymarket Theatre to watch ‘The Picture of Dorian Gray’ ( highly recommended). We didn’t get to see all of the facilities because we had to get home to Manchester the following day to avoid the train strike disruption, but we would have stayed longer if we could. We plan to return in June.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was beautiful.
