Fun view of the plaza...

Liked: The view of the plaza was great and it was close to several restaurants and within walking distance to several spots.
Disliked: We arrived a few minutes after 6pm so the office to check-in was closed. We did get information about a lock box with directions and the key to our 3 Room Apartment B. The directions to our apartment were walking directions not driving directions. We drove around looking for some outdoor parking because we had a van. I called to ask where outdoor parking was and I was told to look it up online. The 3 Bedroom Apartment had 1 fan for the 3 bedrooms.

Disliked: Room and apartment block is a little dated if you don’t like that, but friendly and helpful staff, very clean and excellent location

Not great value for money...

Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: We wasn't put in the building that is shown on this site, they had apartments in other buildings. It was nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was tiny with broken tiles,no lock on the door, not very well cleaned. One bed had stained sheets. No kitchen, was a kettle fridge and toaster in the hallway.

beautiful Rhine view

Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful view of the Rhine and was spacious enough. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly. I had a heavy suitcase, but the porter kindly carried it to the room. The location is also convenient. I recommend this hotel.
Disliked: It would have been great if the room had a kettle and a fridge.

Disappointing

Highly recommend!

Liked: Excellent location just steps away from restaurants, shops, etc. Room was very spacious and comfortably fit my family of 5. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again.
