Liked: Very well located.Room was designed beautifully.It was very clean.Margaret on reception was so kind and friendly there wasn’t anything she couldn’t do for us.The food was fantastic
Disliked: Restaurant service was a little slow with the drinks order.

Exceptional

Comfortable and friendly staff, but...

Liked: The property was old, but the bedroom was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities required. There was a bath in the bathroom but a proper walk in shower should replace it, water from the shower got everywhere. The shower pressure was excellent but a hose shower would be much better. There are no lifts, I had a bad knee and struggled with the steps, anyone with a wheelchair would not be able to use this hotel!Other than that, there is free parking which was great for a hotel in the centre of town 👍

Lovely staff, welcoming staff, comfy...

Liked: Great location for my requirement. Had breakfast & evening meals and both were fantastic. Great friendly staff, Gary was great.
Disliked: It's not a not like but an improvement. Cut down on portion size for dinner. We had a starter and main. Could not finish the main as portions on starter were too big. Alot of food waste. Your meals are very reasonably priced for a smaller size.

Solo weekend.

Liked: The Cusack bar, staff and management were friendly and welcoming. Food was fantastic!! Service was fast. The lady at reception was extremely helpful, professional and polite. Even the security doormen were gentlemen, gave me some advice on where to go around Thurles. My bed was comfortable and a powerful shower in the bathroom.
Disliked: Couldn't fault anything.

Good but need to look...

Liked: Fab hotel, staff and food but I think the security deposit is a bit steep and still haven’t gotten paid back into my account and it’s been over three weeks and also no warning about it when booking
